Introductory Legal Coaching Packages for
Self-Represented Individuals
The Legal Coaching packages offered below are specifically designed for self-represented individuals who are seeking quality legal services on
an as-needed/pay-as-you-go basis. We offer a 30-minute*, three-hour, or five-hour introductory package for self-represented individuals who are
currently in the process of a divorce or post-divorce matter.
Legal Coaching is an ideal way to empower yourself with the legal guidance, knowledge
and information you need to successfully navigate through your divorce or post-divorce matter as a self-represented party. The 30-minute package is
a small investment that gives you an opportunity to speak with Attorney Wakefield, get answers to questions that have been weighing on your mind, and
gain a better understanding of what your options are moving forward. With our three and five-hour packages, you can take advantage of our affordable
rates and apply the time based on your individual needs as you move through the process. The packages are available for purchase on a one-time
introductory basis only (regular rates apply thereafter).
$99 – Includes one-half hour of Legal Coaching.*
$619 - Includes three hours of Legal Coaching.
$1,029 – Includes five hours of Legal Coaching.
* The 30-minute package is for telephone conferences only and is
designed as a convenience to individuals with initial questions.
Introductory "Couples Coaching" Packages
In a traditional divorce mediation we assist couples from the commencement of the action, including preparation of their divorce papers to drafting and executing
the final divorce agreement, facilitating the process from beginning to end. As a Couples Coach, the parties handle their own divorce and utilize my services
on an as-needed basis for the parts of their case that require legal expertise such as preparing their final Divorce Agreement. The packages below are specifically
designed for self-represented couples who are working amicably through their divorce or post-divorce process. Although we cannot give independent legal advice to
either party, we assist couples in an atmosphere of mediation and cooperation to help ensure their goals are met and they are prepared when they go to court.

In order to assist individuals or couples through their divorce or post-divorce matter, we offer convenience, flexibility and options on how you can use the
time purchased such as teleconferencing, e-mail, and in-person meetings.
Court forms and tips for the self-represented are available and can be mailed or picked up at no extra cost.
